I was served in a shop out of town recently by a young, nervous boy and when he gave me my change, it was short by $10. I politely let him know, and although very embarrassed he quickly handed me a $10 note. I got in my car to leave and realised the $10 I thought he had initially shortchanged me, was in fact stuck behind my mobile phone. Now I was embarrassed, but neglected to go back and tell him, having a $10 win instead.
