A piece of chunky white bread toasted just enough to form a brown tinge across the surface. Allow to cool just so, and then lather the top with pure butter with just enough layers that the butter doesn’t melt through to the bottom. Butter must be straight from the fridge so as to form a thin wedge upon the toast. Apply five spots of Vegemite – one in each corner and one in the middle, then join together in one quick smear.
It is my personal belief that you cannot beat Vegemite on toast for breakfa
