On January 15th 1990 London Bridge fell down. No, this was not London Bridge in the city of London in the UK but it was one of Victoria’s premier tourist attractions, a massive rock archway accessed in the Port Campbell National Park via the Great Ocean Road. A forty metre section of arch attached to the mainland and weighing hundreds of tonnes collapsed without warning and left the second arch isolated thus forming a new island with 40 metre high cliffs all around it.
