Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of interviewing (now former owners of Barham Meats) Debbie and Bruce Bott, just days after they had sold their business of nine and a half years. The plan had been to interview new owners, Cam and Alanna Langley alongside them, but logistically we were unable to make this happen. 

However, today I was able to steal Cam away from the shop for a few moments
