Throughout the last few weeks, I have mentioned a variety of behaviours and activities that remind us its summer. From our favourite icecreams and burnt shoulders, collapsing fold up chairs and splashing about in the water, swatting mozzies and sleeping under the sprinkler on a balmy evening; it is hard to believe that the season has almost come to an end. On some of those exceptionally warm days, some of us have wished for a break from the heat, just cool enough to be able to put on a jumper or sleep without the air conditioning going.
