There is nothing quite like the feeling you get from good old-fashioned fare prepared by those who cook with the most love; our grandmothers. Every bite, every aroma is like getting an enormous hug from a generation who knew food like no other. Many of us are fortunate to have cherished memories of the signature dish we enjoyed the most as children, packed with wholesome and pure ingredients straight from the paddock to plate. Everything was prepared without any concern for carbohydrates, fats, sodium or calories; as long as ingredients were in the purest form and tasted great that was enough of a guage that the dish would be a winner, and not a premix or artificial additive in sight!
