The gate at the centre of concern in the Guttrum Forest has been shifted. Locals were shocked earlier this year when Gannawarra Shire Council (GSC) locked locals out of the sand pit which the community has utilised for over half a century. In doing so, GSC had also locked out Sawpit Track.
