The new fishway on the Gunbower Creek near the Cohuna weir was a hive of activity on Saturday, November 6. As word spread that the fences had come down, allowing access to the fishway that had been in progress for much of the year. People could be seen walking slowly along the fishway, hunched over, inspecting the waterway below.
